LICENSING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

As an emerging respiratory specialty pharmaceutical company, we have the benefit of big company experience with the heart of an entrepreneur. This combination ensures that we will work closely with our partners to cultivate a strategy for each product we in-license and importantly, make that product a top priority to ensure its success.


Our business development interests include:
  1. In-license and Product Acquisitions:  We are particularly interested in phase III, NDA-stage, or currently marketed products but, are also interested in becoming a commercial partner with companies that have products in earlier stages of development.

  2. Co-Marketing and Co-Promotion:  Acton’s late stage pipeline is near the final approval stage and we are in active discussions with companies interested in co-promoting our products to primary care physicians.  Acton will be building a specialty focused sales force thus, we are also interested in partnering with companies requiring salesforce promotion of their products to pediatricians, ENT’s, allergists and pulmonologists.

  3. M&A:  In some cases, Acton will consider the acquisition of companies that have a strategic fit with our business and target audience.
